Amy Kott Hovland Shares The Hottest Looks for Fall 2010

Texture and tonality is what makes every season different.

This fall we are seeing some big hair styles coming back.

Clients are looking for volume and movement.

Coming in weekly for a blow out is more common than ever these days.

"I often do a texture service in the crown area for support. Think of perm without all the curl that lasts up to 60 days."

Structured yet touchable up-dos are fashionable any time of the day.

Deep side parted equestrian styled side ponytails are a fabulous alternative to the everyday high pony. This style looks best if hair has a loose-ness to it.

Bouffants are Back! They are hot for evening if you want to be daring and fashion forward.

Haircolor for fall is all about shine and multidemention but it's done in such a way that it's almost undetected; like in nature. You just know it looks amazing without seeing contrasting streaks. You may see ribbons of color but they intermarry beautifully.

We also are doing sleek hair but it doesn't have a harshness to it.
